It is the responsibility of the purchaser to establish to their own satisfaction the choice of item to be purchased and once ordered and shipped exchanges / refunds can only be made subject to a restocking charge which will include any additional postage and packaging cost incurred, if applicable.

Making a purchase
All products can be purchased either by phone, letter or using our e-bay shop. We accept credit / debit cards, cheques, postal orders, cash and Paypal.
No goods will be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Back orders will be charged but will be credited immediately upon request.
Posting
Providing the item ordered is in stock despatch will be within 7 working days from receipt of order, unless previously specified. Despatch will be via a carrier of our choice (usually Post Office / Parcelforce) unless specific written instructions are received and any additional charges for non standard despatch have been agreed prior to shipment.
Standard and Express Delivery times are estimates of despatch time only and are not delivery times. If you require the item for a certain day
please contact us for available choice of delivery options.
If you do not receive your item with in 10 working days, please contact us.
Shipping costs for all UK Address {except Highlands and Islands for which additional costs will apply} is not included in the purchase price. Please contact us for a specific posting cost.
We will only post an item by a Trackable Service and always take out Insurance. For items to be posted outside the UK, please contact us for a price.

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, NI, I OF MAN , BT, IM & TR21-25 will be advised prior to despatch and the shipment will not be despatched until written agreement is received .
Where incorrect or damaged goods in transit are deemed to be our responsibility return by prior arrangement should be made by the customer within 7 days of receipt .Incurred postage will be refunded if requested. Goods not signed for, goods left at premises by request or instruction which is lost or stolen or damaged is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Goods being returned for credit or replacement should only be despatched by prior arrangement. M.R.Army Surplus accepts no responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit and we would strongly advise that insurance cover is taken to protect goods in transit.
M.R.Army Surplus reserves the right to charge a handling charge on all returned goods to cover administration costs.
